The health and safety of our clients is paramount. As a salon, we have put a policy in place, to protect you and ourselves as therapists.
Failure to attend the salon for a patch test will result in us having to cancel the booking and the balance of the treatment will need to be paid for in full before rebooking.
We will always let you know whether you need a patch test for your chosen treatment, however it is your responsibility to attend the salon in time. Patch tests are to be completed 24hrs prior to appointment. In some cases 48hrs, but again, we will make you aware of this upon booking. Please call the salon before popping in so we can ensure a member of staff is available for you.
